Michelle Bachmann guided us for months in preparation for our visit. She explained everything in detail about the Villages lifestyle and properties. She helped us with every aspect of our purchase. Our first day there she showed us 15 houses in order to target the style of home we were looking for. It didn’t take long to find the perfect place. Whether it was scheduling viewings, negotiating the best deal or answering every one of our questions with patience and clarity. Michelle went above and beyond at every turn. 2876 Manor Downs The Villages
We purchased our home in The Villages from Michelle. Unfortunately, due to an illness we had to sell our dream home there. Michelle went above and beyond for us. She even held a garage sale to sell our furniture because I was unable to come down and do it. She handled the repairs that needed done. She even sold our golf cart for us.! She is the hardest working agent I have ever known. She has become a friend to us! We highly recommend Michelle she is a wonderful person and she is a very smart agent and she knows what she’s doing! 2895 N Rivers Edge Blvd Crystal River
Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

5803 Cypress Hill Rd Horizon West
I've known Matt for about a year or so. We met through the Chamber. Although we had our challenges with my closing, Matt and his team were awesome to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure that things went smooth. Some last minute issues came up and I had to do a remote closing, but Matt made sure that my keys were waiting on me at my house when I got back. I highly recommend Wheatley Realty Group if you are looking to buy or sale a home!
