Great Agent!! Above and Beyond call of duty! Manny is a great agent I wanted to purchase a parcel of land to build a future home. Manny drove 45 minutes to see and walk the property to the best of his ability. He raised concerns of unleveled properties that can be costly to backfill during the building process, informed what to look for like electrical being nearby and informed of Flood zoning which I didn’t even cross my mind. He kept me informed throughout the entire as it went to probate and also kept up with timely follow ups and updates. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him as Very competent realtor.
