Mike took into account everything we said and wanted and made it a point to show us only houses we were interested in. Very knowledgeable about the local market and what look for in a house when moving from out of state. We were in a situation where we weren't in a rush to find a house and explained that to him and he never made us feel like we needed to make a quick decision. He was always available for all questions and responded right away no matter what time of day. He made the whole process simple and easy and explained every step along the way. Sherri came into our lives because of Hurricane Ian, 2022. Our home was damaged in Sarasota county and we decided to move up and inland. Sherri took the lead and asked key questions on what we wanted and looking for. As we were very raw from the disaster, Sherrie used her knowledge of the area and honed us into a rental first then into a new home. She was open and honest the whole time we were together as we ventured thru the process of literally moving into a new area. As we mentally mended from our disaster, we grew to enjoy the area and she knew so many places for us to see and visit. She gave us allot of advice on home selection. She was up to date on what the state, county and local laws along with home insurance pertaining to purchasing a home and our responsibility.
