My husband and I have moved approximately 5 times in 10 years due to the military. Every move is stressful. We are usually relocating to a new state or country and don't have luxury to visit our new location prior to moving. Miss Stacy did an amazing job being our eyes and ear while searching for our home in Florida while we were still in Tennessee. She really did the leg work and took a lot of stress off of us. She went to each home we wanted to look at and did a indepth virtual tour. Once we we chose the home we wanted, Miss Stacy's knowledge of what inspection we needed and her networking skills came in handy. There were times leading up to closing that others dropped the ball and packed communication, but she was right there catching the ball and staying on top of all patties involved. I was very happy with my experience with Stephan Hachey and FlatFeeMLS Realty. There was some paperwork for the listing that took a while, which Stephan walked me through. I also uploaded pictures of my property, some of which loaded sideways, but Stephan’s team fixed them. Once on the MLS, realtors called Stephan’s team to schedule showings. I had a buyer in three weeks, interestingly for $25,000 more than a "full-service" realtor said he could sell my house for, and he wanted a 6% sales commission. I only paid 2% plus $249, saving me around $10,000 in fees, and the house was under contract in about three weeks.
