Bobbi Jo was amazing from the beginning. She knew what we should offer so the counter offer would come back where we wanted. Once we were under contract, we had a TON of hiccups along the way and Bobbi Jo was right there taking care of everything! If I needed an answer on anything, she responded within minutes. Very attentive, super friendly and we can't thank her enough for getting us into our home!

Lisa was very helpful with the whole buying process. From setting up viewings, to arranging inspections and even helping me get good house insurance. Her knowledge of the Polk county area and house buying process was top notch.

From our initial consultation, to the final closing Abdias communicated constantly, which helped ease our concerns as markets rapidly changed over the short period of time. He arranged for excellent photographs and videography, which immediately led to many open houses with his agents. Abdias consistently listened to our many questions and as soon as the right buyer came along the negotiations were smooth and the closing went very well. As mentioned , I would be more than happy to recommend Abdias and Centric Reality.
