Our home went on the market thirteen months before it sold. Our first Realtor overpriced it and was unrealistic as well as inexperienced. Our second Realtor who replaced her at the firm was very sweet but not aggressive enough. After my contract finally expired DANNY explained the market with a great deal of knowledge and fact based comps. Our house was on the market only twenty four hours and we had a signed contract.. The best part was this contract actually led to the sell of our home..after 13 months. Danny led us through the process by using group texts with the different parties involved such as lenders and title company. He is extremely enthusiastic and is convinced he will sell your home. After the sale of your home , he still feels like your friend. He has an amazing personality and I would love to say more but the space is limited. I can recommend him 1000 percent. After thirteen months of hell trying to sell a house from out of state we found our warrior.

Danny is an outstanding realtor. He takes his time with you. He explains everything and he goes beyond helping you up until your house is sold. I have another Home that he’s currently selling for me and again I cannot express my appreciation for his dedication to me as a customer. Danny is amazing and I would recommend him highly. After firing two other realtors who just were not getting the job done, I was very lucky to find Danny Singh. From the very start, Danny was everything I needed: super aggressive, proactive and completely dedicated to making the sale happen. He did not just sit back and wait. He took charge, ensuring that every step of the process moved forward smoothly. What really stood out was his constant communication. He was always in touch with the buyer's agent, the title company, and everyone involved in making sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. Danny wasn't just focused on closing the deal fast. He also went above and beyond to help the buyers get situated, thus making the entire experience seamless for everyone. Not only did Danny handle my sale with unmatched dedication, but he also took the time to help me navigate another transaction he wasn't even involved in. His guidance was invaluable, and it showed just how much he genuinely cares about his clients. Besides being a great realtor, he is now someone that I consider as part of my family. If you are looking for a realtor who actually works and cares for you, fights for your best interests, and doesn't waste time, Danny Singh is the one to call. I highly recommend him.
