Our home went on the market thirteen months before it sold. Our first Realtor overpriced it and was unrealistic as well as inexperienced. Our second Realtor who replaced her at the firm was very sweet but not aggressive enough. After my contract finally expired DANNY explained the market with a great deal of knowledge and fact based comps. Our house was on the market only twenty four hours and we had a signed contract.. The best part was this contract actually led to the sell of our home..after 13 months. Danny led us through the process by using group texts with the different parties involved such as lenders and title company. He is extremely enthusiastic and is convinced he will sell your home. After the sale of your home , he still feels like your friend. He has an amazing personality and I would love to say more but the space is limited. I can recommend him 1000 percent. After thirteen months of hell trying to sell a house from out of state we found our warrior.
