I chose to go with Alyssa as our Realtor at the request of my daughter but soon found that she was definitely the right choice. She made the entire process about half as difficult as I expected. She helped me determine the right asking price and made suggestions as how to best present the property. Once the property was listed, we saw immediate results and offers were made within a week. Alyssa also showed concern for the buyer as we all wanted the right buyer to end up with the property. She was involved in every step of the process and communication was very professional. Alyssa is a partner in the process not just a salesperson.

I began working with Diane after I saw she was selling a home a few streets up from a rental I was rehabbing to sell. Diane and I communicated via voice, text, and email to get the rehab home sold, over market price, within weeks, after bringing the home to market. The back and forth and constant, timely, clear communication with Diane was extremely important to me, as it was not until the day of closing at the title company when I finally met Diane in person, due to my busy schedule! This was the first time I HAVE EVER “hired” / partnered with a realtor to sell a property of mine without first meeting a realtor in person. However, since then, Diane has sold multiple new construction homes for me, and has sold other properties for my family. Diane always keeps me posted when a showing is taking place, provides feedback from the showing, and checks up on the home when I am unable to, especially after showings. There have been no complains working with Diane and I now feel comfortable just giving the keys of the home to Diane when a property is ready for sale and letting her do her thing.
