There’s nothing like a family emergency to keep you on your toes. Unfortunately and very unexpectedly, my family was put in the position of having to relocate my father from Florida to Virginia in a very short period of time. Our immediate concern was his residence in Florida. I was put in contact with Kimberly and she immediately took the bull by the horns! Faced with uncertainty and trying to sell real estate from 750 miles away, I literally put everything in Kimberly‘s hands. I had to send stuff to her via Amazon, have her deal with local services, contractors, etc. and every time she was tasked to take care of something for me, she simply stepped up to bat and hit the ball over the fence. It was amazing! We had a couple rough patches while trying to sell the house. But she never veered off the path and she kept me excited, and faithful everything would work out in the end. And it did! I could not possibly recommend Kimberly highly enough. She has been my family’s saving grace and we are very, very grateful for her.
