She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on everything real estate. She really is an asset to work with. Jennifer is excellent at staging the house and helping potential buyers see themselves turning it into their home. When I was purchasing the house, she helped me see the benefits this particular house would be for my family and I. She not only helped her sellers, but helped me as the buyer as well. Jennifer's integrity and proactive work ethic is such a plus. She doesn't give up until you're at the Closing Table. When I purchased the house, it was an estate sale. She made sure the sellers had everything done before the listing was presented and when a couple of unexpected items came up from my lender, she was on it to get it remedied right away. Listing with Jennifer was so easy. She held the Open Houses more than I expected her to and always followed up with each potential buyer or their agent to see what they thought. She would take the negative comments and turn them into positives before the next Open House was done. Julie has enough experience to make deals go through even when the other realtor may not know how to make it happen. She helped our buyer qualify for assistance with closing costs, saving the deal where the buyers realtor didn't know how to do this.
