We couldn’t be more pleased with the incredible job Nancy Minch did selling our father’s house. Although it was a lower-cost property, and she likely wouldn’t make much on the sale, she treated us with the utmost care and professionalism. Throughout the process, Nancy guided us every step of the way, even though we were managing the sale from out of state. She was responsive, attentive, and made us feel like the sale of our father's home was as important to her as any high-end property. Despite the fact that the house needed a lot of work, she found the perfect buyer quickly and got us a deal we were very happy with.
