She instantly made me feel at ease with her knowledge of the area, comps and step by step explanation. She told me exactly what she was going to do and what I needed to do, but she went over and above that. Her and her family fixed minor repairs, trimmed hedges and trees, installed appliances, removed furniture from the house and did a final thorough cleaning. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with handling the paperwork remotely. Very professional! I cannot recommend her enough!

Chris Neun is one of the better agents in the area! I would say his marketing is pretty amazing and EXCEPTIONAL! I've used several agents in the past to market my properties and I would say out of of 50-60 Agents, his Marketing is the best I've seen! If you have any doubt in your mind to whether you should hire him or not. Just hire him! You will not be disappointed! He will go above and beyond!
