Easy sale!

Marguerite had been my property manager for the rental of this property for 4 years prior to its sale, so she knew the property well. If you are an investor, Marguerite has a solid understanding of the real estate market in Inverness for both sales and rentals. I received two offers on this property and she was able to help me work through the details, select the best one, and make the selling process easy. I highly recommend Marguerite!

Really the best realtor

Ashley and her team were the best. Entering into first time home buying my husband and I were so nervous after hearing how horrible and stressful the whole thing can be, but it wasn’t! I credit Ashley and her team with that. There was always simple easy directions and steps to follow with enough information to keep us informed about what was going on but never to over whelm us. Ashley and her team were also always available to answer questions no matter the time of day and we must of had 10000 questions by the time it was all said and done. At closing Ashley and her team gifted us with the nicest gifts and the best part a binder of all the things you’ll need to reference as a first time home buyer! We really enjoyed our time with Ashely and love our home so much. We hope as our family grows and needs change we will be fortunate enough to use her again.
