Sharon King listened to our desires, knew the available homes that met our criterion and was "on the ready" to show them to us. We so appreciated her professional knowledge, expertise and understanding of the market in this area. She was informative, honest and did not push us in any way. She knew about the homes she presented and the areas of location, amenities avvailable and what work, if any, would be necessary to fit our needs/desires. Have never been so well treated with kindness, truthfulness and information. If she could not answer our questions, which was rare as she does her homework, she looked into it and found the answer for us. It was clear she was working for us and that we so appreciated. We've had past experiences with realtors in different areas of the country that were not forthcoming so it is incredibly refreshing to work with her. Her quiet friendly manner, kind honesty, easy smile and professionalism we found to be such a pleasure to work with. She came to the closing with us which was so kind of her..she did not have to do that. She goes the extra mile for her clients and we are very grateful to her for finding the home of our dreams in our retirement. She listened to us and we felt we were heard and she delivered exactly what we desired. So grateful to this dear soul.

Tammy was great helping me get my house sold. It wasn't easy, the house had been a rental and there was a lot to do to get it ready. Tammy help guide us through what we needed to do repair wise, she helped get resources lined up for repairs. The house sold relatively quickly and that was because Tammy helped price it right. I also needed a new roof that would be paid at closing, Tammy handled most of that. She made it easy to go thru the process. We are selling our house we used as an antique shop downtown Inverness and am using Tammy for this one too. I highly recommend Tammy!!!

Tammy did a great job of helping me sell a property that, honestly, I was just ready to be done dealing with. I come from a real estate background myself and I’ve sold many homes without using an agent, so my expectations are probably much different than most sellers. Throughout the process, Tammy was always responsive whenever I reached out; kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with. While I tend to prefer a more proactive communication style, I also recognize that I’m likely more involved and detail orientated than the average seller. What stood out to me most was Tammy’s strong market knowledge her ability to work well with other agents and other local businesses to support the transaction as needed, to keep the deal moving. The level of marketing she invest into her listings - it’s truly top-tier! I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest seller, and this certainly wasn’t the easiest property, but we worked through everything well together and ultimately got the deal done successfully! While I don’t foresee having an immediate need for real estate services again anytime soon, I would absolutely recommend Tammy to others looking to buy or sell a home.
