Robb was able to take a struggling listing, revamp it with updated photos of the home and community, and also add an upbeat description for the potential buyers. He was polite but direct and honest, set some clear guidelines about the listing, and was responsive any time we needed him. He had a great understanding of the market, and was able to help us feel educated about the sales process.

Exceptional agent. Keep us informed in every step in selling our home. Listed home on Friday, 4 days later we had a qualifying offer. That just doesn't happen when you have at least 70 competing listings in a 55 n over community.!! Her listing of our home was outstanding, from pictures to a short video and aerial photos and listing all the amenities that Oak Run has to offer. Jennifernis the epitome of what an agent should be. We consider a diamond and also a friend.

Robb was Fantastic. He was professional, polite courteous. Honest and always available. He had wonderful insights about how to make my house marketable. He helped every step of the process and stood his ground to make sure I came out great. I would highly recommend Robb for all real estate needs.
