We were referred Karen by some friends, and from our very first conversation, she wanted to do more than just learn what we were looking for in a home. This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Abe was great at communicating he would always ask if the house could be showed and let us know if times changed. He negotiated after the inspection was completed and the final sale price. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience of selling and then buying.
