I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Karen Baxley. I needed to put my mother’s house on the market due to her being infirmed. Unfortunately, I live in Georgia and was very worried about selling her house. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in every decision. She cared about selling my mom’s home for me, and always looked out for my best interests. Karen was there every step of the way. Her honesty, dedication, and genuine concern made it feel like I was working with someone who truly had my back. By the end of the process, she felt less like my real estate agent and more like family. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for her, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who will treat them with the same care, commitment, and personal attention. Julie was superb. People said no way are you going to get that price for your house. Well I have Julie and she takes the best pictures and is very knowledgeable. She knows people and what they like and is able to make the house speak to them!!! She is so awesome that when we moved to Orlando and decided that traffic was not for us, I called Julie. She took the best pictures with the drone and camera that we sold it right away.. I would only use Julie if I want to sell again, or buy.. There is no pressure with her.

Ashley is very knowledgeable and professional. Her communication was clear. She was always punctual and available to answer questions.
