Exellent communicator, always prompt, and a great listener! We highly recommend Linda, she is very caring and wants to work for her clients!

I contacted Dale about potentially selling a property that I inherited. Being out of state, I travelled down to Florida because I wanted to know more about the property and the community before I sold it. Dale was extremely helpful and gracious in letting me know about the surrounding area, the community, the local highlights and resources, and other relevant information. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly - it's obvious she knows the local area and the market through and through. And after I decided to sell the property, she was just fabulous, with suggestions on what I might do to improve the property's appeal, helped me get a very good price for the property, and steered me to good local businesses such as the title company to get the transaction done quickly and smoothly. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dale. I recommend her most highly.
