Sandy Budd did a fantastic job for our family! We interviewed multiple agents before listing our property and went with Sandy for multiple reasons. She answered my original inquiry phone call on the first ring while on a family cruise (something not many would do in a world of call screening and voice mails). She offered a comprehensive plan for selling the property including what furniture should stay and what should go before any commitment from us. Her plan included a listing price beyond our expectations (and she had successfully completed the last sale on the same property). And on top of it all, she is just an extremely pleasant person to work with that lives in and knows the area. If you need to sell a property in or around Dunedin, FL, we would highly recommend Sandy Budd and her team.

Sandy bent over backwards to do everything she could for my property to sell

Sandy has a very positive and cheerful personality, that makes it a pleasure to work with. She pays particular attention to all the small details that will help sell your home. She has the right touch on what needs to be done to get your house ready on the market. She stays current on all the latest home improvement trends, that would better showcase your home in the sale. She knows her real estate market. She listed my house at the right price point. We quickly got multiple cash offers, and she successfully navigated me to the best offer. I highly recommend Sandy Budd for all your future real estate needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Scott Morris twice now, and I can confidently say that his professionalism, expertise and genuine care for his clients is unmatched. From our first transaction. Scott made the process smooth and stress-free, guiding me through every detail with patience and clear communication. When it came time for my second purchase, I didn’t hesitate to reach out again, knowing I’d be in good hands. Scott goes above and beyond to understand your needs, negotiate on your behalf, and ensure you get the best possible outcome. His local knowledge and commitment to excellence made both experiences truly exceptional. I highly recommend Scott Morris to anyone looking to buy or sell - there is no one better!

Scott is very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us a wide variety of homes, all of which were within the parameters we requested. He helped us to see benefits and potential challenges of each home and led us to a property that is perfect for our family. We highly recommend Scott!

Scott is an experienced agent and it showed in every aspect of selling a family home. This was a long distance sale (we live in Virginia) so we were heavily dependent on Scott from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, reassured us when we had concerns, and became a friend. He gave us tips and suggestions on how to make the property look its best. He encouraged us during a slow market time (after two hurricanes), when buyers were few and far between. He handled everything needed to correct some issues that were found during the home inspection. Scott's attitude was always that he was selling a home, not a house. He was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend him.
