We met Wendy in April of 2022 when we were exploring the gulf coast of Florida. When we met, she gave us a fabulous taste of what we could enjoy here in Venice, Florida. After sharing with her some of our wants and needs, she showed us homes that were perfectly in tune to the lifestyle we wanted. While living in Seattle, she continued to be accessible to answer questions and to help us find a suitable rental property. Not only that, she offered to accept our furniture so we could take our time on the drive across country. Wendy cares deeply about her clients - often creating lasting relationships. For her it truly is all about what's BEST for her clients. It's not a transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Wendy whether you are listing or buying. She's smart, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the real estate market - everything you could ever want in an agent!
