Kathy and her Husband (Rob) make an amazing team. My husband is pretty laid back, while I OVER worry and question everything. Kathy was great at answering all my questions and helping me under the process. We looked at dozens of houses, all of them in the evenings or on the weekends as both my husband and I work. I remember standing in a house, I looked at Kathy (being pregnant and trying to not have a break down on her) apologizing for "wasting" her time. She told me, I was doing just the opposite.
