Randy made our search for a condo in the Venice/Bradenton area an extra ordinary experience. We flew to Florida for a week with the expectation of viewing some condo properties to consider for purchase. Randy went to work to line up several for us to look at. After touring a few he showed us one that we fell in love with. By the time we made the decision to make an offer the property was gone. We were very disappointed and running out of time. We resolved ourselves to the possibility that we weren’t going to find anything this trip. We decided to go to dinner and then go back to our VRBO for the night. During dinner Randy called and said a condo very similar to the one we fell in love with just came on to the market and we needed to act quickly. We immediately finished our dinner and set off to meet him at the property. He was spot on with his hunch that this was the one we wanted. He was right! We toured the property and quickly made an offer. We returned back to our VRBO nervous but confident that we were in the running. Randy worked with us thru a counter offer with his experience and professionalism. The next day he called with the good news that our counter offer was accepted. Randy, on very short notice, understood or requirements, like and dislikes and found us our perfect winter home in Florida. I would have no problem recommending Randy to anyone looking for property in Florida.
