Debbie helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home. She was extremlelu knowledgable about the area, market values and providing specific guidance on what we should be looking at in order to get us into the perfect place. We are absolutely in love with our house, neighborhood, price and everything in between. Debbie’s attention to detail were apparent from the beginning to the end of the process in location scouting, pricing and negotiation/execution of closing. She was truly a lifesaver as we were in way over our heads buying our first home - a daunting experience for someone who’s never gone through the process. Had it not been for Debbie we would’ve never ended up finding the perfect home. We’ve referred friends and family to her as well since working with Debbie and they all have ended up in equally amazing homes and share the same experience we did. We will be using Debbie for any future real estate transactions we have as well. FIVE STARS.

Travis stuck with us over a long and grueling period of time looking for our perfect house, both on-line and through many on-site visits to houses that didn't quite work for us. He never tired through the many rejections of potential houses. I kept stating to him that maybe he was ready to "fire us"! He would always say "no way," he was going to find us our house. He never tried to do what some clothing salespersons sometimes do, i.e., state something akin to: "Oh that looks great on you . . . ." Instead, he would point out issues, or potential issues, that he knew would be a negative consideration/problem, or that he knew would not be to our liking. In some of those instances, he very well could have talked up the house's positive points to convince us of its merits so he could finally make his commission and be done with us. Not Travis -- I was almost shocked at his stick-to-itiveness in finding what he knew to be what we needed. When we finally found our house, Travis spent many hours visiting the home to help with all the walk-throughs and inspections, including after we closed on the house, and seemingly his job was done. He even continued to work with the seller's agent to return some items that were removed based on their interpretation of the agreement. He even assisted in some clean-up that the sellers left undone. In sum, as I kidded him, it almost seemed Travis was working for minimum wage based on the number of hours he spent during the better part of the year he worked with us -- picky/particular that we were/are! Bottom line: If anyone is looking for a dedicated real estate agent that is both dedicated to the task and very knowledgeable in real estate matters, they would be hard-pressed to find a better agent than Travis Kreischer!

WE WEE SELLING A CONDO IN A VERY NICE AREA OF SARASOTA , BUT WEHAD LITTLE KNOWLEDDGE OR EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA. WE DECIDED TO ENGAGE ERICK BECAUSE E WAS LIVING IN THE AREA AND WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE WONDERFUL EXPEERRIENCE TO LIVE IN A STABLE COMMUNITY NEAR GREAT SHOPPING AND ALL THE BENEFITS OF BEI ACCESSABLE TO THE VARIOUS BEACHES AT AND NEAR SARASOTA. WE OOWNED OUR CONDO FOR W20 YEARS AND SPENT EVERY WINTER ENJOING ITSS AMENITIES AND EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS. WE ARE IN OUR EIGHTIES AND MAINTAING TWO HOMES WAS BECOMING DIFFICULT. ERICK LED US STEP BY STEP IN FINDING THE CORRECT BUYERR AND WALKED US THROUGH THE MYRAID OF PAPER WORK AS WELL ARANG FOR US TO CLOSE ON THE HOUSE FROM NEW YORK.
