Matt was very knowledge of Tampa real estate market. He guided us to areas of interest and steered us away from other areas. He was very detailed orient and observant when came to looking at properties. I am a number’s person; I appreciated the fact before we put in offer Matt would do his research and send us detailed report on property and area. Since our home buying process was done remotely Matt would go to property video call and send us videos on property.
