Many years ago in a down market he did a concerted effort to sell our house to no avail. Approached him in a booming market and we got more than double for our house because he was making us be patient. We then enlisted Kirk in our search for a replacement house where patience and market knowledge was needed to eventually get the house that we desired.

Working with Maria provided me the eyes and ears we needed in Florida (out of state owners). She provided guidance to the many setbacks which arose on the sale of our rental property. She understood our position and was willing to go to the max with us. Maria was also instrumental in assisting us find renters for this property which we had owned since 1996 to March 2021.
