Elizabeth was wonderful to work with throughout our home-buying journey. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, and she guided us through each step—from making our offer to closing on our new home. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and that we could count on her when questions came up. Buying a home can be stressful, but Elizabeth made the process feel much easier. We’re grateful for all her help and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dependable real estate agent. — The Heiders

We've been in our beautiful condo little over a month. We are ecstatic with our purchase. Candy's market knowledge , work ethic and overall professionalism made this happen. We placed our trust in Candy, buying from a distance, and she never wavered or disappointed us in the negotiations. Candy brings a refreshing enthusiasm and honesty to the process. Anyone who desires to live in the paradise we call Longboat Key, Candy Swick & Company is highly recommended as a go to realty company. Thank you Candy! You and your team are the best!

Albert is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real-estate market in Sarasota County. He guided me through the entire process of selling our home. It was only on the market for 2 days when we got the offer we asked for and sold our home. Albert prepared us for every thing that could possibly come up during the closing and everything went very smooth thanks to his preparation and expertise.
