We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best. We would definitely recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Generally, had a very good experience with Mandy Mapp, whom I'd known previously as she had arranged my condo lease and was previously a tenant in my condo. This was my first experience in selling a home, so I have no point of comparison, but Mandy was responsive, pleasant, and made the effort to get answers when she didn't have them immediately.

I could not ask for a more better agent than I got she was very professional. She looked and found what we wanted. Very professional and understanding of our needs. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home. She is wonderful to work with. She new one budget an was on top of all the listing's to find our dream home. Thank you Jill your amazing.
