Overall good experience

His extensive years of experience resulted in a quick sale. And his willingness to participate in the actual preparation helped me during a very traumatic time.

After making the decision to move it was time to find a real estate agent. We were given several recommendations. We contacted each agent recommended to us. Cindy shone above the rest due to her personal touch and knowledge of the area and market. She spent time talking to us and listening. She followed up with personalized communication and didn’t send the basic follow up “form letter “ with our name filled in. We were purchasing our home while living out of the country. Needless to say that was a lot of extra work for her. She previewed homes, sent videos, and kept us current when a new property came up. We found our perfect home and her service continued to be exemplary! Throughout the entire experience her communication with us was impeccable. She helped us every step of the way and never left our side. We were not just clients… she truly cared that we find the perfect home for us. Cindy is the example of what the perfect real estate agent looks like💫

Jeff was great, he was always eager to help and on several occasions he ran from Sarasota to Port Charlotte at various times of day to see a house that became available. I would tell anyone looking for a house to seriously consider Jeff for a great experience.

Greg is a wonderful realtor! My roomate and I are young doctors new to Miami and he was very patient, professional, and prompt during our whole housing search. Greg was extremely knowledgeable of the area of Miami and was well experienced in regards to real estate. Whichever property we liked, he was able to arrange a viewing almost immediately. He was also able to get us a great deal. I would highly recommend Gregory Selph to all of my colleagues and friends. He is also a great person and friend.
