Roberta worked closely with our new home builder, gave us updates, videos and even acted as a construction manager on closing doing a home inspection more than a few times. Amazing attention to detail, extremely responsive, gave us a ton of information about the local area and activities and all sorts of recommendations of options for furniture shopping and contractors to outfit our new winter home. She made what could have been a very stressful purchase and build to something that was absolutely amazing. We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way.
