Rachel Tritschler and Rick Tritschler with RE/MAX Alliance Group were absolutely outstanding in helping me sell my home. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my emails, texts, and phone calls. I had already moved out of the home while it was on the market, and Rachel truly went above and beyond. She took care of the property as if it were her own—putting out the trash, collecting the mail, and making sure everything stayed in great condition. She also managed all the updates, including interior painting, new carpet, and any necessary repairs, which gave me so much peace of mind. Rachel was extremely proactive with marketing. She hosted open houses almost every weekend until the home sold and created a beautiful online video of the property, along with drone footage. It was clear she used every available tool to showcase the home in the best possible way. What meant the most to me was how in tune she was with my emotions throughout the process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Rachel was always supportive, understanding, and fully involved every step of the way. I truly can’t recommend Rachel and Rick highly enough. They are a fantastic team, and I’m so grateful for everything they did.
