Very knowledgeable regarding real estate and pricing. Sold our house quickly and helped make the transition very easy for us.

There were 6 very similar properties on our street for sale with an average listing age measured in multiple weeks. Joe priced our home higher than the rest and we were under contract in less than a week at our full asking price! The difference maker was that amongst other on-line sites, Joe posted a reel on Instagram that was seen and acted upon almost immediately. As an older couple with zero presence on Instagram this was astonishing! Tremendous kudos to Joe and his team on making the best use of technology to market our home. We could not be happier about the professional ism and expertise of Joe and his team. They turned a stressful event into a peaceful transition. Would happily recommend Joe to anyone looking to engage a realtor.

We first met Joe 15 years ago when he was recommended to us as agent to help us find a place in Waterlefe. We did not know that Joe was actually returning from vacation the evening before our meeting. It didn't matter! Within minutes he understood as much as we could articulate what we were looking for, and then managed to take us to 14 properties that day. With each one, both he and we got clearer on what we were looking for. #13 ticked all the boxes. The purchase process was smooth. 15 years later we decided to sell and Joe provided the same level of support and guidance now that we were on the seller side: what needed to be fixed/upgraded/improved to maximize our return and equally important what wasn't necessary. He successfully worked to maximize our financial gain. We would highly recommend him and his team.
