Susan is a true professional, she knows her craft thoroughly, and she went over and above to guide me through the purchase of my retirement home, which took over a year. We went to many homes, too many to count. Susan was very patient with me as I am I sure I drove her crazy with my questions! She was willing to do whatever it took so I could purchase the dream home I wanted and she did! I had a specific list of must have's and I was determined to get them ! Susan would send me listings during the night and day, then drive me all over Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, Trinity, Palm Harbor to name a few areas. I can't tell you how many times we would pull up to a house and I would tell her to keep going, she did so with a smile on her face, I really appreciated all she did for me. She was always available with a positive attitude especially towards the challenges and unexpected issues with the home inspections and upgrades. I had to learn the Florida requirements; such as a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation, did I mention that I am from Virginia and I did not know anything about the Florida market and inspection requirements. Mark was above excellent. I have sold four other houses in my lifetime, this was, by far the most challenging. Mark went above and beyond on many occasions, to include moving furniture out of the house. I was out of town for most of the time, so Mark stepped up to the plate and assisted in just about everything If it needed done, Mark handled it.
