We worked with Jacqueline Coons to purchase our first home in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She was an angel throughout the entire process. Her communication skills are terrific! Jacqueline made sure to communicate every bit of information throughout the whole process. She was always available and always responded immediately. I highly recommend working with Jacqueline Coons!

Jaqueline was very dedicated , comprehensive and patient with me. She was able to negotiate the house price with the seller and close the deal . Also, she referred me a mortgage broker who offered me the best interest rate based on my profile at that time . I am so thankful to Jaqueline who helped me making my dream pool home acquisition come true.

We began searching for our Florida home before we had a realtor, probably the way many start looking for their home. We were in Gulfport for vacation and had the good fortune to meet Jaqueline. Through conversation, we learned that she was a Real Estate Agent. She impressed us with her energy, knowledge of the St. Pete's area and its housing market.  By the next day, we decided to contact Jaqueline to see if she would help us in our search for property. We were so glad we did. Jaqueline was our best asset in finding our new Florida home. She knew the market, listened and understood our vision for a Florida retreat and stayed in communication with us at all times. We found our home after a few months of searching; much of it virtual since we were out of State. You can't do that without trust in your realtor.  We couldn't be happier!
