Every real estate experience is different whether one is the customer, which we were in this case, or from my Wife's perspective as she is also an agent, albeit in Virginia. In our case, we had the normal experiences plus a couple of surprises. Happens every time! Kevin Vetter was the perfect agent for us. He is competent in his field, very knowledgeable of his product, firm but supportive of his client's "desirements", and quick to take action to resolve issues before they grow into bigger problems. That also means his professionalism, communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and attitude were top-notch. I would recommend Kevin Vetter to my family and anyone else any time.

While I was try to buy my first home while working halfway across the State Kelly made the process as simple as I could have ever imagined. She is highly skilled at customer service and her knowledge and professionalism cannot be matched. She answered all of my questions instantly off the top of her head and was willing to visit several homes with me during my weekends at home so I could and have found the best Home to suit my needs and budget. Any Military Veteran who does not call Kelly Jamruk will be making a huge mistake. She's the best.

Jesse was knowledgeable, his communication was prompt and frequent, he was resourceful, and accessible. Jesse truly made this process at ease for us! Without Jesse I am not sure we would have been able to navigate all of the issues that occurred with building a new home purchase. Moving forward Jesse will always be our agent!

Dion had a huge challenge with us, we had sold our home and we were in living out of our RV, Dion not only found us the cutest house to live in while our house is being built, then he helped us find condo units on the beach that we could renovate and rent out for extra income. Dion is the hardest working Realtor that I have met, and after the very intense few months together, its like him and his family are now apart of our family. That is the best type of realtor that understands your needs and doesn't waste your time trying to get you into something that won't work.
