Valerie Padur is the Bomb!!! I would use her time and time again, and recommend her to all my friends and family. Valerie was very patient and knowledgeable. Always prepared for each showing with MLS sheets in hand. She answered all questions about the property, even came up with solitutions around certain situations. We probably saw about 8 houses before we found the ONE. Our first offer on the house was rejected and Valerie knew how much we wanted the house so after we discussed it, she made our counter offer and was accepted.
