I was very happy with my experience Julie & Pat Warren. I felt comfortable the minute I met them and after discussing my home buying priorities, they informed me how the Sarasota market works and showed me a number of homes that fit my criteria. They took my honest assessment of each property and helped narrow my search until I found the perfect home. I felt that I could trust their judgement when going through the negotiation process and I am very happy with the overall result.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Julie and Pat Warren. After spending the last few years looking for the perfect home in the Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club area, they helped us finally find the one we had been waiting for—and we truly could not have made this purchase without them. From the beginning, Julie and Pat were incredibly patient, personal, and attentive. As we navigated the timing of our move, they never made us feel rushed or pressured. They gave us the time and space we needed while always being available to answer questions, offer guidance, and help us through every detail. What impressed us most was how genuinely invested they were in helping us find the right home, not simply making a sale. They consistently went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful process feel comfortable, enjoyable, and pressure-free. Even from hundreds of miles away, we felt confident knowing they were looking out for us and making sure nothing was overlooked. Julie and Pat are that rare combination of highly professional and genuinely personable. They are knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and incredibly easy to work with. We always felt they had our best interests at heart and that finding the right home for us truly mattered to them. Without question, Julie and Pat are the best Realtors we have ever worked with. If you are buying or selling in Lakewood Ranch or the surrounding area, we cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't just have two exceptional Realtors representing you—you'll have two people who genuinely care about you, your goals, and helping you find the place that feels like home. Five stars simply aren't enough!

Every inquiry - whether written or vmail - was answered quickly and thoroughly. Be assured that YOU are the most important person in the whole world at that moment. Julie and Pat worked nonstop to market our house in such a way so as to reach every person on every media platform. They guided us as far as how to prepare the house for sale, it’s true worth in $$$, fostered reasonable expectations, provided emotional support in difficult circumstances, checked in frequently, acted as a first defense against unreasonable offers, offered knowledgeable insight regarding market fluctuations, and to Julie and Pat, it was about us; not them - at all times. We were also comforted by the fact that we had two people working as a team to sell our home - two professionals working for us. Who wouldn’t want that? It was a perfect scenario. We would clearly use them again and again, they performed above and beyond our expectations.
