We called Alison after seeing a property online. She immediately got to work and not only showed us the one we saw online, but offered several suggestions for other similar properties including the one we ended up purchasing, which hadn’t even hit the market yet. She was very thorough, getting any questions we had answered within hours. The entire process was actually enjoyable and she got us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. I would definitely recommend Alison and would use her again in a heartbeat.

We have purchased two homes and are in the process of selling another home with Alison. She always goes the extra mile for you. As out of state buyers, this has been really critical for us. Alison follows up on things that you may have forgotten about, has been willing to meet with inspectors and others when we couldn’t be at the home, has prepared all documents professionally and promptly. She offers great suggestions on things that we didn’t even think of. She’s always in touch. She even helped with my garage door, which wouldn’t stay closed. She’s pleasant. She’s kind. She’s very hard-working. Totally recommend Alison.

Alison is an extremely competent real estate agent. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with her. She definitely goes the extra mile and makes things happen that truly impressed me. Alison is also an absolute delight to work with. She's far more polished than the average realtor, yet completely down to earth. In such a competitive industry, excellent customer service, knowledge of the local market and a wonderful and warm personality make all the difference. Alison is also a very impressive person. Ask her about her first career and education when you work with her. I think you'll be impressed, too.
