Kimberly is the best realtor we've ever worked with. We were located on the other side of the state while trying to purchase a home in the Bradenton/Palmetto area. Every time we saw a property that we were interested in, Kimberly would go and check it out for us. Even after the sale, Kimberly has been available to us. Best of all, Kimberly was always watching out for our interests. She could have earned her commission a lot earlier but she steered us away from some homes that she felt we're not right. We ultimately ended up with the perfect home.

We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid. Several of our bids were rejected because we insisted on an inspection. Sarah persisted and found us a perfect home that we are confident will give us years of enjoyment.
