We decided to sell our villa in The Meadows in Sarasota, FL and purchase a larger, single family home. Liz is a highly experienced real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the Sarasota and surrounding area markets. She provided excellent advice and comp documentation to help us prepare for our sale, and always promptly answered our numerous questions or connected us to responsive specialists, e.g., attorneys, tax specialists, accountants when needed. Liz’s recommendation on the pricing of our villa was right on the mark and our unit sold quickly. Liz also guided us smoothly through all of the sale and contract paperwork. Liz and Lisa hosted a successful open house, and were extremely flexible to accommodate showings for our villa. We couldn’t have completed this great sale without them! Jayne convinced me the price we should go out on I thought might be to high. She was right and it sold with an offer that was close enough I did not counter. We have a saying on the farm pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. She kept me in the loop at all times very much appreciated. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
