We came down to look and that was the one we bought. All along, he didn't just send us a listing, but he gave us additional information to help us in our process. Phil is on top of every little detail. I asked a lot of questions and he either knew the answer or found it and then got back to us. He was on top of the little details for the home inspection and the closing. Being out of town, it was reassuring that Phil was there. The closing went off without a hitch. By the way, we closed the day after Hurricane Helene. Phil went out after the hurricane to make sure the house was without damage. He then met our son a few days later to hand over the keys. Most importantly, Phil is a nice person, an honest man, and has become a good friend. You won't go wrong with Phil.
