It was a difficult, out-of-state transaction, but he handled it with patience and professionalism, and was always accessible when I needed him.

Steven was very helpful to us as out-of-town buyers providing video walk-throughs of all properties that were of interest to us. He also provided links to properties that met our wish-list requirements on a dedicated website. Steven is an excellent communicator and is quick to respond to texts and emails. He guided us through the entire purchasing process with his extensive knowledge of the market and offered great advice on negotiating the offer. He also provided skillful negotiating in resolving issues over the home inspection findings. I would highly recommend using Steven as your agent based on his knowledge, experience, and professionalism.

Steve was extremely responsive in his communication with us, continuously keeping us informed every step of the way. He is easy to work with and quickly picked up on what was important to us. Made excellent suggestions, was thorough and a is a powerful negotiator. We highly recommend Steve!!
