Jodi is full of market knowledge, she is prompt, available, communicates well and is a pleasure to work with. She is personable and supportive throughout the selling and buying process. She also has renovation/ construction knowledge and experience so was a great resource when we considered buying properties that needed updating. We are so glad we met her and worked with her! We would recommend her highly!

I recently purchased a home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, thanks to Michele! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her expertise, professionalism, and dedication stood out every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions, provide updates, and guide me through the details of buying a home. She truly understood my needs and helped me find the perfect house that checked all the boxes. Thank You!!

I met Tracey more than 3 years ago, when I was looking at a house she was selling. I liked her helpfulness and personality, so I held on to her card. I was busy caring for my mother, so I put off moving to Sarasota. While visiting my cousin in early January, a unit in the same development came on the market, I called Tracey. She got me in to see it the next day, and we made an offer. The seller countered, I countered back and we came to an agreement on Saturday --2 days after I called Tracey! She helped me through all the necessary paperwork and inspection, and we closed on the 31st of January. It couldn't have gone smoother! She exceeded all my expectations!

Liz did an excellent job helping my sister and I sell my mother's condo. She was on the ball from day one. She advertised she went above and beyond and actually had it sold in about 6 weeks. We couldn't have asked for a smoother sale. I would recommend Liz to anyone.

She is a good agent to deal with. She is open and willing to make sure your request is done accordingly. She cares with your interest as customer or buyer.
