I had the absolute pleasure of working with Shawntavia Turner during the sale of my home, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her support, professionalism, and dedication throughout the entire process. From our very first meeting, she took the time to understand my goals, answered all my questions with patience, and created a clear plan to ensure everything went smoothly. Shawntavia was not only knowledgeable about the market but also genuinely cared about my needs and concerns. She kept me updated at every step, provided expert advice on staging and pricing, and negotiated skillfully to get me a great offer. The process was quicker and easier than I ever expected, all thanks to her hard work and expertise. If you're looking for a REALTOR® who will truly go above and beyond, I highly recommend Shawntavia Turner. I am so grateful for the experience and will absolutely work with her again in the future.

I couldn't have done it without her.

Clayton showed me multiple properties on short notice. I found the perfect place on a Sunday. He moved quickly to submit an offer and get me under contract. This was critical as there were multiple offers on the property. His service to get the deal closed was just as impressive as his efforts helping me find the property. He was great to work with I plan to refer him to friends and family.

Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

Once more I had the blessing to work with the best realtor in town! I loved the owesome experience, she was very helpful, BEFORE the purchase of the lot, DURING the process and AFTER. I am very greatful with her.

Had a great time... really appreciated your patience as we refined what we really wanted!

Elizabeth was wonderful to work with throughout our home-buying journey. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, and she guided us through each step—from making our offer to closing on our new home. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and that we could count on her when questions came up. Buying a home can be stressful, but Elizabeth made the process feel much easier. We’re grateful for all her help and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dependable real estate agent. — The Heiders
