To preserve the deal, Divina rose above for her listing client, and put her own financial interests aside. Then, the buyer's agent continued her unethical behavior in her lack of communication, unilateral scheduling, and crazy inspection comments, and then misrepresented the reason for closing delays. Divina stood her ground, stuck to the facts, and despite all of the unethical dealings around her, got the deal done, make us whole, and the buyer got an amazing home, despite her realtor. Sadly, the buyer had to bear the financial consequences of her poor realtor selection.
