We, now living in Alabama, needed to sell a family home in the Orlando, Florida area. Cherie was referred to us by our realtor friend in Maryland. While Cherie was based out of Tampa and did not know us at all, based on her friendship with our Maryland realtor, she unhesitatingly took us on as her clients, little knowing how challenging this sale was going to be. Marty had a laid back no pressure approach with us, until it came time to put in work. Once it got down to getting things done and ensuring we got done in time (we had a specific date we had to get moved by), he became everything we need him to be. He was always on the ball when it came to getting things handled quickly and stayed in touch with us throughout the process, even at late hours and on weekends.
