Rae is the ultimate professional. She knows the local market. She is a good listener. She did her homework before we looked at over 20 houses in 2 days, to the point where we had some hard decisions because we liked many of the homes we visited. She is also very personable. And, after the sales agreement was signed, she was very involved in all of the remaining steps the needed completed before and at closing. Lori and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

Jessica was a pleasure to work with start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the process and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

Working with Terris and Tracy was an amazing experience. Unlike most realtors Terris and Tracy are a team of 2 that can do everything you need In the process of buying a home. They fully understand the market and have given me great advice. I will always be going back to them for another home purchase or even real estate tips. I had a very positive experience working with Terris and Tracy!
