His support didn’t stop after we selected the house. He constantly followed up with the builder, construction manager, lender, and external inspector. He negotiated everywhere possible for my benefit—from builder incentives and closing items to the mortgage and even the home insurance quote. He was always asking what more could be done to save me money and get me the best deal. Some of the incentives he helped us get were beyond what I expected. Even after closing, he continues to check on us and make sure everything is going well. During this journey, he became more than our realtor; he became like family. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price.
