Robert “Bobby” Louloudes served as our buyer’s agent during our purchase of a condominium in Holmes Beach Florida. In this capacity Bobby worked with us from initial contact in mid-January 2026, until eventual closing on April 24th, 2026. After initial discussions, in which we outlined in general our needs and desires for a suitable property, Bobby sent us a number of listings. As part of this process, Bobby took us to showings of approximately 10 properties, several of them on more than one occasion. I was impressed with the level of empathy and concern Bobby showed to us during this process. In effect, Bobby gave us advice on a level as though he was the one doing his own purchase.
