My wife and I had been searching for a second home in Sarasota, FL for a while, but we struggled to find an agent that we could trust. Then we met Sean! After showing us a couple of homes he was rapidly able to zero in on exactly what we were looking for. It took some time for the right home to come on the market (and then fall into our price range), but when that happened, he was there for us. We wound up buying the home we're in now, sight-unseen. Prior to working with Sean we would have never considered doing that. He did a great job as our eyes-and-ears on the ground. We've been in our home for a month now and we love it more each day!
