In a very difficult market, Sandee helped us find our new Venice Fl home and we were so grateful for her expertise and competence in all areas of the local real estate market. Her patience and positivity enabled us to persevere. She helped us to stay on schedule with all the tasks such as inspections, financing, utility turn-ons through and beyond closing. She loves her job and excels at it. As she told us, this is the biggest purchase of our lives and she wanted us to be confident we were making the right choices. We feel so blessed we had her to help us.

Kirk was there for us every step of the way. We were living in the Florida Keys so he did a lot of video home tours for us and he knew what our expectations were & answered a million questions! He has been wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to find a new home.

Jana was absolutely amazing. She very caring and thorough. She helped me every step of the process. She keeps you informed and checked on everything to make sure is a smooth closing. I highly recommend her if you want the best!!!
